By visiting autokid.com.bd or placing an order with Autokid Bangladesh (“Autokid”, “we”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by phone, message or email, or when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown wrongly, or we cannot verify your details. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Prices and availability can change without notice, but a confirmed order keeps the price you were quoted. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. For bKash or Nagad payments, your order is held until we confirm the payment.
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times shown are estimates and depend on the courier and your location. Please check the product on delivery and tell us about any damage within the period in our Return Policy.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns, refunds and warranty are covered by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Safe use of products
Many of our products, such as ride-on cars, are for children and must be used with adult supervision, with suitable protective equipment such as a helmet, and according to the age and weight limits in the product details and manual. We are not responsible for harm caused by use that ignores these instructions.
Website use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to break its security, or copy our content, photos or brand without permission. All content, logos and designs belong to Autokid or its licensors.
Product information
We try to keep descriptions and photos accurate. Colours may differ slightly on your screen. If a product is not as described, our Return Policy applies.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Bangladesh consumer law.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are handled by the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order applies to your order.
