• Payment information: the payment method you choose and, for bKash or Nagad payments, the transaction reference you give us. We do not receive or store your card number or wallet PIN.
• Messages: messages you send us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or by email or contact form, and your public profile name on those services, so we can answer you.
• Account details: if you create an account, your name, email and order history.
• Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
• To answer your questions and messages.
• To send order updates and, only if you agree, offers and news. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• Payment providers such as bKash and Nagad, when you pay through them.

• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Messages through Meta platforms

When you message us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, Meta processes that conversation under its own privacy policy. We may use automated tools to send first replies, and a person from our team follows up. We use your messages only to help you with your order or question.

How long we keep information

We keep order and invoice records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. We keep messages and marketing data only as long as needed for the purpose above, then delete or anonymise them.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To delete your data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page. Some records, such as invoices, we must keep by law.

Security

We protect the website with HTTPS, a security plugin and regular backups. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is for parents and adults who buy products for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
