Data Deletion
You can ask Autokid Bangladesh to delete the personal information we hold about you. This includes information from our website, orders, and conversations on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram, and any data we received through a Facebook or Instagram login or the Meta Pixel.

How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@autokid.com.bd with the subject “Data deletion request”. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +8801813474333.
- Include your full name and the phone number or email you used with us, so we can find your records. If you contacted us on Facebook or Instagram, include your profile name.
- We will confirm your identity and reply to confirm the request.
What happens next
- We delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days of confirming the request.
- We remove you from our newsletter list.
- We delete the messages we stored from our own systems. Messages kept inside WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram are controlled by Meta, and you can delete them in those apps.
What we may keep
We must keep some records, such as order invoices and payment records, for accounting, tax and legal reasons. We keep only what the law requires, and we use it for no other purpose.
Facebook or Instagram data
You can also remove Autokid’s access in Facebook Settings, under Apps and Websites, or in Instagram Settings, under Apps and Websites. Then email us to delete the data we already hold.
